When it gets to January, after all of the busyness of Christmas is over and the busyness of throwing myself into work starts again, I can start to feel a bit tired and haggard. A few little treats are always nice, so today I have put together a post, sharing with you some of the little pick-me-ups that I am currently enjoying.
Volumising shampoo and conditioner by Maria Nila. A Swedish brand, their products have no sulphates and parabens in them. I have also been trying their Cacao Intense hair mask. I love using a hair mask once a week and this one gives you the added bonus of having non permanent colour pigments in it, to give your hair colour a little boost. My hair looks really shiny and rich in colour after using it.
Levi 501s in the new skinny fit. Not skinny jeans, but slimmer than the original 501 cut, they hug in all the right places and really flatter my bum!
The Kerikit Joy changing bag. This leather rucksack is so luxurious, but also the most practical bag ever! Every detail has been thought of and there are so many hidden pockets, including one at the back of the back, where you can hide your valuables. I love it so much, I even use it when I am my own and without Alfred.
Moisturising lipstick from Jane Iredale. All of her make up is mineral and this lipstick is such a pretty colour! If you are like me and get dry lips, this lipstick is perfect, as it feels like you are wearing lip balm.
Little details. My new watch and cuff from Daniel Wellington, matched with a beautifully minimalist cuff from A Weathered Penny.
