The weather has taken a turn for the better and it now feels like Spring! Hooray! What will we all moan about now?
It was so nice to get out and enjoy the warm sun and not have to wear layers upon layers, of knits and coats. The blossom and bulbs were blooming and the birds were chirping away - seriously, what's not to love about Spring?
It can be hard to know how to dress at this time of year. It is too warm for big, heavy coats, but can suddenly get very chilly once the sun disappears behind a cloud. To combat this, I love wearing a stripped down version of what I like to wear in Winter - jeans (a wider legged, cropped version, that feel a little more airy than what I would wear in Winter), a loose shirt (I love this one from Zara. The stripes give it a fresh, Springtime feel) and some shoes that don't require socks (it's not time to bring out the sandals. Yet.) These red shoes are one of my favourite finds of the year. They go with everything! The shade of red is so perfect and gives all of my outfits a nice little pop of colour. I have also switched out my usual black cross-body bag for a circular straw bag, which makes everything feel more Summery!
