Life has been going by at an alarming rate recently, the weeks have felt sooooo busy!
Between blogging, being a musician and piano teacher, starting a new art collection (yikes!) and trying to slow down a bit with Alfred and Dan, I have had to work hard to find time to do things for myself.
One treat that I have been loving recently are these body moisturizers from Eve & Rose. One is in the form of a cream and one is in the form of an oil. They are both made from natural ingredients and are designed to help reduce stretch marks and to just give your body some general gentle nourishment, What I love about both, is that neither of them leave you feeling sticky or oily, even the oily moisturizer! I have sensitive skin and they help me to feel less itchy and I have had no reactions to them whatsoever.
Another wonderful thing about this brand is that they donate 50% of their profits to the charity Children of the Mekong.
Another treat for me that I have been loving are these hair extensions from Milk And Blush.
After having Alfred, I had to have six inches cut off my hair, due to post partum hair loss and malnutrition.
I have been impatient for my hair to grow back ever since and these have been amazing!
A lovely person from Milk And Blush matched my hair colour to one of their hair extensions shades and they match perfectly! They look very natural and I am sure I will get a lot of wear out of them.
Autumn walks with my family. This is my favourite time of year. I love the crisp air, the gentle warm sun and of course, all of the colours on the trees. We have managed to get out and about quite a bit, for some nice walks and duck spotting, at the local lakes.
I have been practicing doing gel manicures at home and this may be the neatest yet! I love matching them to my Hobbs red heels and accessorizing with my Cambridge Satchel Company cloud bag. A pair of slightly loose fitting "mom" jeans help to dress it down a bit.
We went on our first family holiday to Cromer the other weekend, with ones of my sisters. It was so much fun and a great success! Alfred loved it and was very excited when we first arrived at the apartment. The views from where we were staying were incredible, we could see the sea, hills and the lighthouse.
