I love going crazy with my outfits and dressing up for fancier occasions. However, my day to day style is very chill and laid back. I go for comfort over everything else. If its not comfy, I don't buy it. For today's blog post, I have put together two outfits to share with you all, that I'm currently loving on a weekly basis. Both outfits are a bit different in feel, but they are both comfortable and suitable for this warmer time of year (with the odd chilly day here and there, of course).
Both outfits can also be dressed up and dressed down, depending on the look that you are aiming for. That's another thing that I LOVE when choosing clothes - pieces that can be worn for a variety of occasions, so you can get as many wears out of them as possible!
There's been a lot of talk this year about the Instagram algorithm changes. And then the changes made to the changes. I won't go into it all, as I'm sure everyone reading this knows everything by now and has read about fifty articles and blog posts detailing the same things.
Even more recently and more interestingly, big companies like Unilever have pledged to stop working with influencers who have fake followings.
This is BIG news and wonderful news too. It means that the cheats will be pushed to the side and influencers whose accounts are genuine will have a chance to shine. Hooray!
Which leads me onto the next thing - follower numbers and levels of engagement.
I haven't written about Alfred in detail much recently. I think it might be because he is getting older and I'm starting to feel extra concerned with his privacy, especially since he started preschool. This is a topic for a whole other post, so whilst I go and think it all through a little more, for now I want to do a teeny update to mark his third birthday.
Even though my blog is going in the more "style" direction these days, I do still treat it as a place to store memories. Somewhere we can all look back at things on. I hope that if Alfred ever reads my little space on this vast internet world, that he can see how much I love him and read about some of the adventures we had together.
